 METHENY RECOGNIZED BEFORE SE-ACU GAMES FOR HIS 1,000TH WINDURANT, Okla. (Mar. 10) – Southeastern’s Mike Metheny was recognized today by the City of Durant, the Durant Chamber of Commerce and Southeastern Oklahoma State University for his 1,000 career wins.

Much education today is monumentally ineffective. All too often we are giving young people cut flowers when we should be teaching them to grow their own plants.
Glen D. Johnson, President of Southeastern Oklahoma State University, is one of seven outstanding Oklahomans who has been selected for induction into the Oklahoma Hall of Fame for 2006, Roxana Lorton, Tulsa, Chairman of the Board of the Oklahoma Heritage Association, has announced.
